A Simple Way to Throw a 95 mph Fastball!

Start at 60 Ft for 1 minute
Go to 90 Ft for 1 minute
120 Ft for 1 minute
150 for 1 min
180 Ft for 1min
Keep adding 30 ft as you get older and stronger.

Each week add 30 seconds to the time until you top off at 2:00 per distance. If you can get to 350 ft you should be able to throw 95 MPH.
